L ~ Desert Night

Hand painted in clay resist, dyed in indigo, and painted again in iron ink, this shirt has gone through many steps to create a desert scene with cacti and stars.

22“ wide  x 28“ long. 

Variations and beautiful imperfections exist as clothing/fabric is locally sourced second hand, botanical dyes are ethically sourced, plastic free, safe for skin, and biodegradable. Block prints are hand carved and printed with water based ink one at a time.  Hand wash inside out or wash on a delicate machine cycle in cold water with gentle soap. Hang dry or tumble on low. Iron if needed.
