Handmade cotton drawstring bags dyed in indigo and painted with iron oxide ink. indigo + madder root dyed jersey cotton string. Great for snacks, toiletries, talismans, art supplies, or worn as a purse or clutch. Bags are about 9" x 8". All edges inside bag are hemmed for strength and durability. No two are alike.
Variations and beautiful imperfections exist as fabric is locally sourced second hand, botanical dyes are ethically sourced, plastic free, safe for skin, and biodegradable. Block prints are hand carved and printed with water based ink one at a time. Hand wash inside out or wash on a delicate machine cycle in cold water with gentle soap. Hang dry or tumble on low. Iron if needed.
