M ~ Star Splash

 Waffle knit textured cotton button up long sleeve shirt. Hand dyed with iron, plant tannins, and soda ash for a natural "bleach" effect. Screen printed STAR-BEING design on back. The finished color is hard to photograph, it's a purpleish grey with pink splashes.

Variations and beautiful imperfections exist as clothing/fabric is locally sourced second hand, botanical dyes are ethically sourced, plastic free, safe for skin, and biodegradable. Block prints are hand carved and printed with water based ink one at a time.  Hand wash inside out or wash on a delicate machine cycle in cold water with gentle soap. Hang dry or tumble on low. Iron if needed.
