A perfect gift for the mountain lover in your life, this piece is inspired by the moon rising over the Sangre de Cristo mountain range in Crestone, Colorado. Hand printed on upcycled cotton with an original stencil design using an iron based ink. After printing it undergoes many stages including bundle dyeing with locally grown marigolds and buckthorn berries that were responsibly harvested in my neighborhood.
